Data
We process email, phone, optional name, language, assessment answers, order data, payment reference, IP, approximate country, marketing source and technical security logs. Social-account credentials are never requested.
Purposes and bases
Data supports checkout, payment confirmation, access delivery, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance and consented measurement. Bases include contract performance, consent, legal duty and legitimate security interests.
Recipients
Necessary data may be handled by Hostinger, SumUp, the SMTP provider and Google only after measurement consent. Each supplier follows its applicable role and policy.
Retention and security
Contract and tax records are kept for legal periods; marketing data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Controls include access restriction, password hashes, temporary tokens and server-side payment validation.
GDPR and LGPD rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about automated processing, and complain to the Portuguese CNPD or Brazilian ANPD.
