BRUTUS and delivery
Purchase grants digital access to BRUTUS and the client area for 180 days after SumUp confirms payment. Access does not renew automatically and expires at the end of the period unless purchased again.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. Immediate digital delivery requires express consent to start performance and acknowledgement that this ends the withdrawal right for the digital content under the applicable rules of Directive 2011/83/EU. We store time, IP and text version.
Delivery commitment and refunds
If the first request is not organised and ready to send within 48 hours after complete answers are supplied, the buyer may request a refund of the BRUTUS price. Duplicate charges, technical access and non-performance are reviewed through the published contact.
Limits and platforms
Perfil Blindado is independent of Meta Platforms, Instagram and Facebook. We are accountable for document quality and the method; the platform controls reopening, replies and timing. Account recovery is not guaranteed and this is not legal representation.
Safe use
The client keeps control of the account and submission. Never send passwords, 2FA, cookies, tokens, recovery codes or email access.
Law and disputes
Portuguese law and mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country apply. Contact the service for direct resolution before starting court proceedings.
